mon dieu, or dumplings, now with live blogginging

Revving up over here in Woolen Mills for all dumplings all the time.  Stay tuned.

First order of business is mead tasting.  T of Tuesday fame made her own mead……

Mead is good.

And then we looked at the ducks.  Look at the ducks!

Okay.  Moving on to actual wrapping.

7:10 pm:

Break for eating/testing.  Let’s hope the meat ones cooked through.

8:30 pm:

And we’re done.  So yeah.  This was a little bit more of a hands on venture than cheese making was, hence less blogging.  Sorry.  I’ll fill in some back story and pics later.  Every thing is delicious.
